निश्चय प्रेम प्रतीति ते, विनय करैं सनमान। तेहि के कारज सकल शुभ, सिद्ध करैं हनुमान॥
Nishchay prem prateeti te, vinay karain sanman · Tehi ke karaj sakal shubh, siddh karain Hanuman
One who prays with firm love and faith, offering humble respect — Hanuman ji brings all their auspicious works to fulfilment.

जय हनुमंत संत हितकारी। सुन लीजै प्रभु अरज हमारी॥
Jai Hanumant sant hitkari · Sun lije prabhu araj hamari
Victory to Hanuman ji, who cares for the saints! Lord, listen to my prayer.

जन के काज बिलंब न कीजै। आतुर दौरि महा सुख दीजै॥
Jan ke kaj bilamb na kijai · Aatur dauri maha sukh dijai
Do not delay the work of your people; come rushing and give great joy.

जैसे कूदि सिंधु महिपारा। सुरसा बदन पैठि बिस्तारा॥
Jaise kudi sindhu mahi-para · Surasa badan paithi bistara
As you leapt the sea and crossed to the far shore — entering Surasa's mouth, you stretched yourself wide.

आगे जाय लंकिनी रोका। मारेहु लात गई सुरलोका॥
Aage jay Lankini roka · Marehu laat gayi sur-loka
Moving on, Lankini barred your way; one blow of your foot sent her to the realm of the gods.

जाय विभीषण को सुख दीन्हा। सीता निरखि परमपद लीन्हा॥
Jay Vibhishan ko sukh dinha · Sita nirakhi param-pad linha
You went and brought Vibhishan joy; beholding Sita, you took the highest state.
७
बाग उजारि सिंधु महँ बोरा। अति आतुर जमकातर तोरा॥
Bag ujari sindhu mahun bora · Ati aatur Jamkatar tora
You laid the garden waste and plunged into the sea; in fierce haste you broke the terror of death.

अक्षय कुमार मारि संहारा। लूम लपेटि लंक को जारा॥
Akshay Kumar mari sanhara · Loom lapeti Lank ko jara
You killed Akshay Kumar; wrapping your tail, you set Lanka ablaze.

लाह समान लंक जरि गई। जय जय धुनि सुरपुर नभ भई॥
Laah saman Lank jari gai · Jai jai dhuni sur-pur nabh bhai
Lanka burned like shellac; the cry of victory rose through the sky of the gods' city.

अब बिलंब केहि कारन स्वामी। कृपा करहु उर अंतरयामी॥
Ab bilamb kehi karan Swami · Kripa karahu ur Antaryami
Why the delay now, master? Show me mercy, O knower of every heart within.

जय जय लखन प्रान के दाता। आतुर ह्वै दुख करहु निपाता॥
Jai jai Lakhan pran ke data · Aatur hvai dukh karahu nipata
Victory to you, giver of Lakhan's life! Come with all speed and lay our sorrow low.

जै हनुमान जयति बल-सागर। सुर-समूह-समरथ भट-नागर॥
Jai Hanuman jayati bal-sagar · Sur-samooh-samarath bhat-nagar
Victory to Hanuman ji, ocean of strength, champion able and skilled before the gathered gods.

ॐ हनु हनु हनु हनुमंत हठीले। बैरिहि मारु बज्र की कीले॥
Om Hanu Hanu Hanu Hanumant hatheele · Bairihi maru bajra ki keele
Om hanu hanu hanu, O unyielding Hanuman ji! Strike the enemy and pin him like a bolt of thunder.

ॐ ह्रीं ह्रीं ह्रीं हनुमंत कपीसा। ॐ हुं हुं हुं हनु अरि उर सीसा॥
Om Hreem Hreem Hreem Hanumant Kapeesa · Om Hum Hum Hum Hanu ari ur seesa
Om hreem hreem hreem, lord of the monkeys; Om hum hum hum, Hanu — at the enemy's breast and head.

जय अंजनि कुमार बलवंता। शंकरसुवन बीर हनुमंता॥
Jai Anjani Kumar balvanta · Shankar-suvan veer Hanumanta
Victory to Anjani's son, full of strength, Shankar's own son, the brave Hanuman ji!

बदन कराल काल-कुल-घालक। राम सहाय सदा प्रतिपालक॥
Badan karal kal-kul-ghalak · Ram sahay sada pratipalak
Fierce of face, destroyer of death's own brood; with Ram's help, forever the protector.

भूत, प्रेत, पिसाच निसाचर। अगिन बेताल काल मारी मर॥
Bhoot, pret, pisaach nisachar · Agin betal kal mari mar
Ghosts, spirits, ghouls and night-rangers, fiery spirits, betals, death, plague and pestilence —
१८
इन्हें मारु, तोहि सपथ राम की। राखु नाथ मरजाद नाम की॥
Inhein maru, tohi sapath Ram ki · Rakhu Nath marjad naam ki
Strike them down, I swear by Ram! Protect us, lord, for the honour of your name.

सत्य होहु हरि सपथ पाइ कै। राम दूत धरु मारु धाइ कै॥
Saty hohu Hari sapath pai kai · Ram doot dharu maru dhai kai
Be true to the oath of Hari! Messenger of Ram, charge in and strike without delay.

जय जय जय हनुमंत अगाधा। दुख पावत जन केहि अपराधा॥
Jai jai jai Hanumant agadha · Dukh pavat jan kehi apradha
Victory, victory, victory to the unfathomable Hanuman ji! For what fault do your people suffer?

पूजा जप तप नेम अचारा। नहिं जानत कछु दास तुम्हारा॥
Pooja jap tap nem achara · Nahin janat kachhu das tumhara
Worship, chanting, austerity, vows and rites — your servant knows none of them.
२२
बन उपबन मग गिरि गृह माहीं। तुम्हरे बल हौं डरपत नाहीं॥
Ban upban mag giri grih mahin · Tumhre bal haun darpat nahin
In forests, groves, on paths, hills and at home, I am fearless through your strength.
२३
जनकसुता हरि दास कहावौ। ताकी सपथ बिलंब न लावौ॥
Janak-suta Hari das kahavau · Taki sapath bilamb na lavau
By the oath of Janak's daughter, and of him who is called Hari's servant — do not delay.

जै जै जै धुनि होत अकासा। सुमिरत होय दुसह दुख नासा॥
Jai jai jai dhuni hot akasa · Sumirat hoy dusah dukh nasa
The cry of victory fills the sky; remembered, you destroy unbearable sorrow.

चरन पकरि, कर जोरि मनावौं। यहि अवसर अब केहि गोहरावौं॥
Charan pakari, kar jori manavaun · Yahi avasar ab kehi goharavaun
Taking hold of your feet, hands folded, I entreat you: at this hour, who else can I call?
२६
उठु, उठु, चलु, तोहि राम दुहाई। पाँय परौं, कर जोरि मनाई॥
Uthu, uthu, chalu, tohi Ram duhai · Paanv paraun, kar jori manai
Rise, rise, come — I adjure you by Ram! I fall at your feet, hands joined in appeal.

ॐ चं चं चं चं चपल चलंता। ॐ हनु हनु हनु हनु हनुमंता॥
Om Cham Cham Cham Cham chapal chalanta · Om Hanu Hanu Hanu Hanu Hanumanta
Om cham cham cham cham, swift and ever moving; Om hanu hanu hanu hanu, O Hanuman ji.

ॐ हं हं हाँक देत कपि चंचल। ॐ सं सं सहमि पराने खल-दल॥
Om Ham Ham haank det kapi chanchal · Om Sam Sam sahami parane khal-dal
Om ham ham — the restless monkey sounds his challenge; Om sam sam — the host of the wicked trembles and flees.

अपने जन को तुरत उबारौ। सुमिरत होय आनंद हमारौ॥
Apne jan ko turat ubaraun · Sumirat hoy aanand hamaraun
Lift your own people up at once; remembered, you become our joy.

यह बजरंग-बाण जेहि मारै। ताहि कहौ फिरि कवन उबारै॥
Yah Bajrang-baan jehi marai · Tahi kahau phiri kavan ubarai
Whom this Bajrang arrow strikes — tell me, who can save him after that?

पाठ करै बजरंग-बाण की। हनुमत रक्षा करै प्रान की॥
Path karai Bajrang-baan ki · Hanumat raksha karai pran ki
Whoever reads the Bajrang Baan, Hanuman ji guards his very life.

यह बजरंग बाण जो जापैं। तासों भूत-प्रेत सब काँपैं॥
Yah Bajrang Baan jo japain · Tason bhoot-pret sab kaampain
Whoever repeats this Bajrang Baan, all ghosts and spirits tremble before him.

धूप देय जो जपै हमेशा। ताके तन नहिं रहै कलेसा॥
Dhoop dey jo japai hamesha · Take tan nahin rahai kalesha
Who offers incense and ever keeps the chant, no affliction stays in his body.
३४
उर प्रतीति दृढ़, सरन ह्वै, पाठ करै धरि ध्यान। बाधा सब हर, करैं सब काम सफल हनुमान॥
Ur prateeti dridh, saran hvai, path karai dhari dhyan · Badha sab har, karain sab kam saphal Hanuman
Who reads it with firm faith in the heart, taking refuge, holding the mind in steady attention — Hanuman ji sweeps away every obstacle and makes all their works succeed.
